Lacrimal.

Crying feel.

A feeling of a knife piercing through you.
Tears automatically flowing,
Just by thoughts.
The pain comes from the heart.
Tears too.
After it all, you'll feel a sense of relieve.
Crying just for the sake of it simply won't feel the same.


How to stop crying.

For me, honestly, looking in the mirror and seeing myself cry helps me stop.

One could also pinch or bite one's tongue.
-your mind will be focused on the pain than crying.

Practice long deep breathes.
-helps to calm down.

Rolling your eyes or Cross your eyes.
-prevents tears from forming.

Or you could blink a few times and look into the light.
-your pupils constricts and keeps tears from falling.

Smile! or laugh.
-releases endorphin to make you feel better.

Yawn.
-loosen the tight feeling in the throat that comes with crying.

Do math problems in your head.
-Emotions (right hemisphere of your brain), maths activates the left hemisphere thus avoiding emotional responses.

Let it out.
-sometimes, you just gotta let it out.
crying in the showers?

No worries, afterall, crying is reasonably good for the soul.
