Back hugs.

I have decided to stick with love.
Hate is too great a burden to bear.
—  Martin Luther King, Jr.

Hugs from behind.
There's nothing wrong with a normal hug but a hug from behind definitely makes us feel secure and safe in your arms.

She's been so wary
Always checking each sides
Her views are a 360
Never an angle missed.

Sharp weapons about
From machetes to missiles
More by sore shrewds
with pens and lips razor sharp.

Then you came along
Sneaking up from behind
Coming at her so sudden
Though she did see it coming.

His body against hers
Holding on so tight
Of course with permission
and for once, a relieved sigh.

For once, there was no worries
For once, it wouldn't stab hard
For once, lips against it were soft
and For once, it felt safe and sound.

It definitely felt like love.

He said he'd do it again
Never to turn those lips to blades
Not ever against her
For he promised more back hugs.

So girl, trust me when I say 'believe him baby.'
