Hey Hopeless,  

Hold up a minute - what makes you think that you can’t do this anymore?  You know, they say that survival is a talent, and you’re doing damn well to be here today.  You must be doing something right because you’re still alive today.  You must be able to do this, or you wouldn’t be here.  Seriously, it takes incredible strength to live each day, and so the fact that you’re here today?  That indicates you’re so incredibly strong.  Why give up when you’ve come so far already?
